The minimum order depends on your required sizes and items. Please e-mail us your orders and Our Sales will inform you of the minimum quantity for each stones.

If we have your ordered items ready in our stock then we can ship it immediately (usually within 1-3 days).  Custom orders will take 15-20 days. If you need a rush order, contact our representatives to discuss your specific needs.

We have our policy of taking 100% advance payment for all the orders. We accept payments through paypal, Western Union and direct bank wire transfer. We will start working on your orders only after the payment is made.

We try our best to ship orders as quickly as possible, with about 98% of all orders shipped and delivered on time.
All of orders are normally shipped to you immediately once the production is finished, assuming placed on a regular business day, availability, and paid without complication. Some delays, however, may occur. The following list of the top reasons for these delays is provided to help customers to understand the process and avoid delays. Please e-mail us if you have any questions or suggestions. Order Delays can be the result of the following.
1.Payment are Not Summit on Time or We can not confirm your payment.
 
2.Incorrect shipping address. Please know that we do everything we can to minimize this issue by emailling customers to verify if an address seems problematic. However it is the responsibility of the customer to verify the accuracy of shipping information, and to take the time to look over your order. An email confirmation of your information can go a long way towards speeding up your order.
 
3.Holiday Delays. Courier Express(DHL,UPS,FedEx,EMS,TNT)does not guarantee any shipment timeframes during the winter holiday season. Make your purchases and arrangements early and avoid the holiday rush!
4.Item not in stock, or backorder. We will contact you if you have ordered a backorder or out of stock item with an expected arrival time. Most backorder items are listed as such on our site, so take the time to check and make sure that the item isn’t marked waitlisted if you need it in a hurry!
5.Orders placed during non-business hours. We are open 9:00 – 17:00  Monday – Saturday.Orders placed out of office hours, over the weekend & on holidays will not be processed until the next business day.
